It may just be that people are not really that bothered how correct thier spelling is on this site but i cannot help but notice it, it seems to be a lot of Americans too (which by the way is nothing personal) i just wondered if anyone knew the percentages of people with Dyslexia as it is a big problem here in England and one that keeps on being ignored too

As a tutor i find that the misuse of English is not always the problem,it is a symtomn of our techno based culture..spelling a word correctly, and then including that word in a well constructed sentence is fast becoming a thing of the past,as the mobile phone market reaches saturation point and the rise in home computing
we use a text based semiotic instead of the correct grammar.
dyslexia can be too readily diagnosed,if dyslexia is present then you are well aware of it,a vast amount can be attributed to laziness.
spell checking a document is an extra task. regards FL

I think it's 1 in 14----or is it 14-1? Or, maybe it's 1 in 41.....Damn Dyslexia. I don't know but it's probably one of those or something different.
