Your problem is your firewall is blocking the site. For help go to Start / Help and type in firewall and follow instructions. If you have Norton or Mcafee security it could it's firewall and not you PC'S one.

Look at all the other answers - they seem good. but I had that problem and it was my wireless modem/router - needed a firmware upgrade. I think that was something to do with the built in firewall.
