I think humanity is on the brink of a major change, but only for part of it. We're edging closer to a world even more divided in well educated haves and starving have nots without any chance of improving themselves. Stuff like the internet, only available to the relatively rich, is an example.

well yeah and the result will be pole apart.

we could either turn into a more united earth where we are more dertermine due to terror fight, but it going to be a strain on how our society will turn out. once we find peace we can work on our health than it will only improve.

OR

we can become the most vicious generation throughtout the history of mankind, we will fight each other till no one left. pollantion so bad till all the health drop.

Humans will get taller
Humans will get healtier
Humans will get smarter and will become biological supercomputers.
Humans will live longer and longer, and eventually become immortals thanks to nanotechnology, stem cells and telomerase treatments.
But it terms of culture, humans are in the brink of destruction. Religious conflicts, political correctness and positive discrimination favouring troublesome minorities will bring much of the humanity down, including the West.
