We have a beautiful house out in the country.It's a 3 bedroom ,3 bath, a loft , a huge fireplace, big kitchen, big living room with cathedral ceilings and an inground swimming pool.We are renting it for only $700 a month.We have only been there 2 months and we love it.

I pay $700/month for rent. Nothing is included except rent -- I still have an electric, water, trash and gas bill. It's a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in a small town.

Here a one bedroom is from $700 to $900
A two bed room from $950 to $1300
A three bedroom from $1350 to $1500
...and this is per month without utilities included..

My fiance and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. We pay $760.00 a month, which includes our garbage, sewage and water. We have to pay for the electric bill, cable and phone. I live in Sacramento, CA (City).
