i am afraid of proposing because i think she might break our good friendship relation. So let me know how to express my feeling to her without hurting or say be good friends even she refuses me as her lover

I think that you might try talking to her first about how she feels about being more then friends with you. Ask her if she thinks that the two of you could be more then friends and see what she has to say about it. If she thinks that and she wants to be more then friends then you could go from there. Let her know that you have strong feelings and care about her but you don't want to put her on the spot if she doesn't return the same kind of feelings. I believe that a friendship bond is very strong and if it is real you can work through any type of situation. Good luck!

do you mean proposing marriage (which is the assumed meaning of this word)? or proposing to take the relationship to the next level? I think you would have the best chance if you approach it as a friend, very slow and casual without being too intense about it. Say something like, "I'd really like to kiss you, would you like that?" Then, she won't feel pressured into an ultimatum of being lovers or nothing.

Dude, if you're not seeing her romantically, don't just ask her to marry you right off the bat. Let her know you're interested in her romantically first. Find a time to be alone with her and say something like, 'you know, I really do think a lot of you and was wondering...' and take it from there. After you've been seeing each other, then you can pop the question.

I think you shoud just tell her how you feel..be honest with her.
Before you ask the question let her know that even if her answer is not favourable ,it wouldn't hurt your friendship.
Tell her you would prefer to have her as a friend than not to have her at all.
But let her know you love her......

well, be true to yourself and her, don't propose to her, tell her your feelings and intentions for her honestly and genuinely. Listen to her and if it doesn't work out, better to settle to be her friend. She might not see you as boyfriend material or even marriage material but let her determine that for herself. Good Luck!!
