Or inaccurate?
Or dishonest?
Or hateful?
Or indoctrinated into right-wing mind control that most Americans laugh at?

This:
therandman
"Homosexual Marriages will also help ensure the demise of the democratic socialistic party. All the gay sex desired - no conception - plentiful abortions - sounds like a good way to rid America of the disease of Liberalism!"

The disease of Liberalism here must be the christians thinking that
a hatefulful attitude must be of equal or greater value. as peacefulnes, kindness, and other hard to follow Christ-like examples.

"Plentiful abortion"?Christians RECOMMEND abortions against said "Liberals"??

That from a man who wondered aloud what the abortion rate would be if gays could get pregnant!

Sounds VERY sickly to me.
Just asking.

P.S.that Republican once cut and pasted my answer and made a
question out of it,DELETING ONE WORD to change the meaning entirely.
I am NOT surprised.
Can you say "thou shalt not lie"?

I don't really understand your question either, it sounds like a rant on the religious reich. But in answer to the above statement about liberals having fewer kids it is probably a confluence of two things:

It has been shown that the more educated a population, the fewer children are born to that population. This stems from two things, the time it takes to become educated replaces time that would be used for reproduction. Also, the knowledge of what uncontrolled reproduction does to both a society and the environment lead them to control their urges. And finally knowledge of birth control methods leads to people using them for safer sex.

It has also been shown that the more a person knows, the more likely one is to be liberally minded. This isn't a judgement statement against conservatives, but when someone exposes themselves to other view points (as one almost has to in college) than their own, a person has two options - decry all opinions other than their own as wrong or the seed of the devil, or accept the other view points as potentially valid so you can interact with the person on a meaningful level. Now, there are highly educated conservative thinkers, but they have often taken that first option as you can see in most conservative pundits.

Come on, you find one, ONE, opinion like that and you paint the whole of the rest of us with that? That's intellectually dishonest, if you ask me. Most conservative Christians do not think like this or agree with his statements.

And you know that. But you always take what anyone says and blow it out of proportion.

It would be just as bad if I quoted one of the extremist liberals on here who want Bush killed, and claimed this reflected every Democrat's view. Well, sometimes I do, but that's because I'm sick of seeing that same idea trotted out daily.

----------
Jim, I may be harsh and blowhard sometimes, and am a bit overly strong in asserting my position or attacking others, and I may be quite wrong about there only being one person who spouts this kind of stuff (probably), but I really am trying not to attack anymore -it's such a waste of time, energy, bandwidth and it loses the opportunity to bring reason.

That's one of the reasons I am disgusted by that person acting as an imposter. That is so dishonest and dispicable, that I cannot abide such - even despite our past conflicts.

Anyway, Back to the Battle! Avast ye scurvy liberals...!

Some obviously are. Non-conservatives usually don't say "all"!

Jim W, (if you are the real one, that, is) have you read this study about how conservatives think? It covers the extreme thinking too! The first site is the press release from 2003, and a good summary. The second site I've listed is a pdf of the study itself.

The problem lies in duality. Just like there are 2 Jim W's there are 2 Jesuses. eg 2 Christianities.

Red Jesus is Neo Conservative he owns a HMO and sells stock in his corporation. Red Jesus is anti freedom and a isolationist.

Blue Jesus is simply the old fashioned Jesus of the Bible he is the father of liberal mercy. He freely spreads his kindness to the disenfranchised of the world.

Red Jesus followers profess purity and moral codes but in fact spend most of their time hate mongering and pursuing adulterous extramarital relationships. They congregate in the largest possible facility.

Blue Jesus followers are more basic liberal providers of charity to the needy. They pursue Holiness and do not brag about their activities. They meet discreetly in peoples homes.

one guy is a jerk and you decide to lump all Christians in with him? oh yeah, so all Muslims are terrorists, all teens are negative spoiled brats, all men are lazy pigs who only care about sex, and all women are controlling gold diggers. Any more "alls" that you want to cover?
No one can change a person's mind about something by belittling, arguing and condescending. He couldn't change your mind, and you can't change his. Of course, with an answer like his, he probably was looking for a fight, not rational discussion about differences. In fact, he's probably not even a Christian, but someone who hates Christians and is trying to incite others to do the same. I guess it worked on you, didn't it?

As a Christian myself, I'm not too happy with those Christians on the right who constantly insult and mudsling liberals. To be fair, there are Christian conservatives who are civil. They do exist. But there are a good amount of those on the right who call themselves Christian who show a great deal of hatred for liberal Democrats. And worse yet, there are those who actually admire the likes of Ann Coulter and Karl Rove, whose tactics are far from Christ-like.

As a Christian, I have to sadly say your question has a lot of merit to it.

This isn't peaceful or kind. It isn't Christian. Christianity doesn't endorse Republicanism, oppose homosexuality or approve of murder (Abortion). Additionally Wrath is a deadly sin of Catholicism.

His words may be poorly chosen, but liberals are not having as many children according to a new study. Although his words were not ones I would have chosen, he is right, there maybe less liberals in the future if the study is true.

Here is the story for those that have not seen it:
