Well, seeing as how she used to date Tom Cruise, I sure hope he's not her brother. And Sean Penn isn't her brother. If she has a brother I don't think he's famous.

This says she only has one other sibling, a brother named Eduardo, which is also her Dad's name, her Mom's name is Encarna, oh wait, it also says she has a sister too, Monica, who is also an actress.

she has a younger bother- Eduardo who is a singer, and a younger sister-Monica.
but she appeared in the 2001 movie Vanilla Sky starring Tom Cruise. she also dated him. and i dont think she would date her brother.
