Try Summer's Eve Feminine Wash. This stuff leaves me feeling and smelling cleaner than soap does. But if the discharge looks about like cottage cheese, you might have an infection. ARe you swollen and red and itching and slightly sore at the same time? Might be a yeast infection. Best to go see a gyno though for the first time, just to be sure it's not something else.

If there is a really foul or fishy smell it may be an infection expecially if you have any itching or irritation.

The other cause maybe that you are trying too hard to rid of the smell. Using any douche or soaps with perfumes can really upset the balance in your vagina. Try to gently wash with a very mild soap or just plain water for a good week. Don't use any sprays or powders. Good luck

do not douche thats the worst thing to do as it can irritate you more. you need to see your doctor becase its likely you have clamydia .they call it the silent disease which is crap because there are symptoms that come with it and thats a heavy off smelling discharge .A lot of ppl mistake it for thrush etc and never have it treated.eventually the discharge stops but you still have a disease which u pass on to others thats why its so common.if not treated it leads to infertility for both females and males.I cant believe how many ppl on here are asking questions relating to their personal health and not thinking about seeing their doctor .Have u ever had STD screen test? and no its not just a pap smear ..pap smears do not pick up STDs .You all should regularly have those then maybe ud all stop spreading your freakin diseases...I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW IGNORANT YOU PPL ARE HERE AS FAR AS YOUR SEXUAL HEALTH GOES!!! U NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR NOT THE DRUG STORE..Theres a lot STds that can appear similars to Thrush such clamydia mentioned above as well as gonoreah ..first symptoms of herpes type 2 can be a heavy discharge also..SEE A DOCTOR ASK FOR AN STD SCREEN TEST

Try FDS or douche with vinegar and water that sometimes helps me especially after my periods. Sometimes scented douches causes the odor but if that still doesn't work then yeah you'll need a doctor as it may be due to an infection. It'll be okay!

If you have been to a doctor and nothing is wrong or even if they say you have gardenaralia try an organic diet. Make sure that the products you eat are %100 organic and see if it improves. Also organic yogurt can help woman problems.

It may be a vaginal infection. You can try some over the counter medication and if that doesn't help go to the doctor and have it checked.
