It has been two years since the biological father of my children has had regular CS payments. The Federal Government has held one of his Tax Checks for my two wonderful children. The authorities cannot find a legal employment for him.

My father never paid support for me either. My mother & I struggled for many years.

What do you hope to accomplish by listing him somewhere? He knows that he has both a moral and a fiducairy responsibilty to his children. It is likely that there have been no regular payments because he does not have steady employment, or he could be "flying under the radar" and getting paid off of the books somewhere.

If he has asked to be paid off the books his employer is not the type to co-operate with collections. Putting him in jail will not get payments made.

It is hard not to be bitter. I have had no relationship with my father for over 25 years.

Make him his own website and make sure you list his name a few times, many different ways, so any furture or current g/f can find him when she googles him! He's probably working under the table or mooching off some innocent victim

You can't get blood from a turnip!
No job, no pay, on child support payment!
