You write out a check and put it in the envelope with the top tear-off part of the bill. Lick the flap down and put on a stamp. Place this in a mailbox and -- wa-la! Now you know what to do to pay a light bill.

When I think about it well....... my job is with the city so all in all, the taxes that come out of my check and everyone else in this town is paying for my light bill!
So I even my taxes make my pay check, that is so messed up!
