I have yahoo with voice. My service is with Hughes. net or what used to be Direcway, because of our remote loc

I can hear my calls from pc to phone, but they cannot hear me. I was told it was becausse my up load can't handle it. I keep getting chged everymonth 2.99. I was told I have to use up my min. I pd for. How can I do that if I can't get out? HELP

Cancel the Yahoo with voice service and wait until Fiber or Cable is available at your location.
