The instructions on their site told me that they would make 2 entries on my credit card account and that I should get the second entry from my bank and enter it onto their site. In fact they made 2 entries right away and a third entry much later. I tried to send the second entry 2 or 3 times before I found out that they had misinformed me and wanted the third entry, not the second. I had to spend a lot of time and effort to find out what was wrong. I chatted at length with Paul last week and then with Albert this week to straighten out the mess. Finally Albert agreed that the number I was giving him was the third entry they made on my credit card and opened the account but when I went to try it out there was no money in it. The $11 had evaporated. This whole thing was caused by their incorrect instructions so I don't see why I should replace the $10 or $11 or whatever the amount that they lost.
What can I do to fix this beside entering the whole story on the yahoo abuse section?
