Dirk Nowitzki all the way & I'll tell u y. . . . Dirk can shoot from any angle, ha can rebound, play defense, and did I mention he can shoot. Now, Yao, well, he still hasn't proven himself, I think. Yes he's tall, but he still needs more practice. . . or someone to teach him the fundamentals. Moving on, Shaq, well the man can't shoot freethrows. Don't get me wrong, Shaq is a good player, but it seems that if he doesn't have a good team around him, he's just any other player.

Shaq has raw strength, yao ming has an inside touch, and dirk can play and shoot anywher. But shaq is an MVP and you can't stop him in the paint....so Shaq.

Dirk, easily. One, he's never been injured in his NBA career. Two he isn't aging. Three, he's been in the top five MVP voting in the past two years at least. Four, he averages 20+ points in the past 4 years. Five, he's lead his team to the Finals. And finally Six, HE CAN SHOOT THE 3 AND FREE THROWS.

wow, a 7' Center and a 7'6" Center against a PF. dont see waht we are comparing here, but. At center, i'd take Yao. but for all three for likr your franchise, i'd take Dirk out of these three. Hes just an all around awesome player, hits the threes, points, and rebounds. just all around, great. he is also tearing it up at the World Tourney with Germany.

Yao Ming is an awesome shooter, good rebounder and a good inside shooter....Shaq is a monster, he can pass and score under the basket and no one can stop him or block him...Dirk Nowitzki is an awesome scorer...3-pointer and an amazing playmaker...
