Which web sites provide watching (live) space? Not space shuttle missions, not direcTv, like watching space from a webcam.

There is no such web site.
In 1998 Al Gore proposed placing a satellite in space just for that purpose, but it was never done.

In terms of online telescopes? Harvard has that service but it's by invitation only I'm afraid. I'm sure you can find pictures of the night sky rather easily, however, as a quick alternative.

NO, there isn't, just go out at ngiht to watch the sky, your eyes is the best satellite you will ever know :)
