No, because through the years our brains progress and form into being able to have a more adult, or "grown up" thinking process. The human brain is not fully developed until about 25.
Besides, what is true for SOME cannot be true about EVERYONE. There are immature individuals out there, but you cannot generalize ALL adults as being immature.
