I don't know about vinegar but there are a lot of remedies out there for dissolving stones. Some of them are pepperment, green apples, chicken gizzard lining, chinese herbal formulas, there are also some other herbal products designed to do that. I believe metagenics sells one.
There are gall stone flushes that involve drinking olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. You can actually see the stones in your stool after doing it. But before doing it get an ultrasound to see how large the gall stones are. If they are too large to fit through the gall duct then you may get cholecystitis if you try to flush them without dissolving them some first.
Good luck.

No it doesn't. Theonly thing you can do is get them removed. There are many ways to do this. Two are operations. One is they actually cut you open, the othere they send a laser into the kidney by inserting it through the pee hole. That is always a fun one. The thrird way is done in a water tank with ultra sonic waves. That way breaks the stones into small pieces and then you pass the remains. And they can make you cry.

The best cure I have heard about is pure cherry juice. It has become very expensive but can be bought at reasonable prices from cherry farms in Northern Michigan during the season. Until then, you might be stuck with health food store prices. I have had several friends pass stones from using 100% cherry juice.
