Start your own Internet blog and really stir up a storm. That is how the battery recall of Dell computer came about.

Good luck.

District attorney is a good answer. If your complaint goes against the criminal code you may get somewhere there. If not you'll need to get your own attorney to pursue your claim in civil court. If your not the only person to have the problem you may be able to work up to a class action suit.

FALSE OR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING IS VERY HARD TO PROVE IN A COURT OF LAW!
To get any kind of legal action's you will need to find an attorney willing to take on such a case!
