It is not Harrison Ford. He was Jack Ryan in only 2 films - Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger.

Yes, I certainly can! Let's see now, there's Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Tom Felton, Julie Walters, Bonnie Tyler, Matthew Lewis just to name a few; they are all in three Harry Potter films.
There's also Sir Ian McKellen, Orlando Bloom, Liv Tyler and Elijah Wood. I can't remember the name of the title character though, it's evaded me yet again! The latter are all in Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Last but not least, there's Back to The Future 1-3 all starring Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd.

I read your question properly, and Bruce Spence is ALMOST the man you're looking for. He has appeared in three trilogies but, unfortunately, not in the 9 movies.
He played The Mouth Of Sauron in The Return of the King. He played an Agent in one (possibly more) of The Matrix series and he played a character in Revenge of the Sith.
Of course, his scene in The Return of the King was edited out of the theatrical release but made it to the special edition dvd.
I'm afraid that's as close as I can get.
