Spanish does...French doesn't, though, neither does Arabic. In American and English Sign Language there are "question markers" before and while the question is being signed (alot of grammar in signed languages is expressed through facial expressions)

Spanish. I don't know if the other romance languages like French, Portuguese or Italian might have the same rule.

spanish...when a question is written it has an upside down question mark before the question as well as a regular question mark after the question.
