Yeah!! this did happen to me not that long ago.. the book was inbetween other books there was no reason for it to fall out.. but it did and it hit my shoe.
The book was called: Talk to me!!

I had to temp once and was put in a government library....we had to re-arrange shed load sof books in the coldest room in the world several books fell on my head and now I can't remember my own name....
