bread products and top ramen. the salt and the bread will make you pack on the pounds but you have to do that while you work out or it will be mostly fat not muscle

Lots of Carbs, ice cream, red meat, potato chips, pizza, bagels with cream cheese, .10 cent wing night at Marks Pub, lots of heavy beer. Excersize will help too.

try protein powder - the stuff that weight lifters use. Maybe go to GNC and consult with them.
