I'm not sure what you mean by "competitivity".

If you mean companies and states being competitive, then the most relevant provisions are going to be Article I Section 10 (Contracts Clause) and Article IV (Privileges and Immunities).

"Competitivity"? WTF?? You sound just like Prezzy-Dent Boosh himself. Do you mean 'competition'? As in commercial sector competition between companies chasing the same key buyers in a core market? So long as the products are patented, and the rights not infringed, no problem with free-market trade.
