Each pregnancy is different, even you'll feel different from your first one to the second one. there is no exact scale to measure it. don't worry, morning sickness will go away soon- it lasts mostly for the first three months , then you can enjoy every moment of your being motherhood.

There is no real way to compare. My Mom was never sick - just suddenly stopped liking coffee. I, on the other hand, threw up several times a day for 4 months with each of my 4 kids.
I've also heard of individual women having different morning sickness experiences with their kids. (i.e. A mother of 3 who was sick with #1, not with #2, sick again with #3 - and the gender did not seem to make a difference.)
They do have prescriptions out there for morning sickness, should it be really bad. Nothing worked for me until baby #4 when a drug designed for nauseated chemo patients became available for morning sickness. So if the more traditional prescriptions don't work and you really need something, ask your doctor about Zofran. It is expensive because there is no generic, but it is the only thing that kept me from throwing up. (I was still queasy, however.)
Good luck!

no! each pregnancy is different. My first I got sick maybe no more than a week. My second I was so sick I ended up in the hospital because I lost 10 pounds in a week (@15 weeks of pregnancy) I was dehydrated and all that) I was on phenegran for 3 months of my pregnancy. No fun!!! So I would say you cant determine from that since my 2 where completly different

My mother had three easy pregnancies... With both pregnancies that I had, I had morning sickness throughout the whole day for 7 months straight. That sucked. But not like my mothers pregnancies at all.

There is no way to know beforehand how you will react. It's not really that bad, for most women. Just takes a little longer to get around in the morning, but should only last 6 weeks or less. I don't think this should prevent you from becoming pregnant. Don't worry about it.

I don't think there is anyway to tell. Pregnancy effects each woman differently because each body reacts differently. Most likely you will have to just wait until you are pregnant to find out.

Its different for everyone. It was different for me with each of my 3 pregnancies. I did take comfort in that fact that I came from a line of good breeders. Once we get pregnant, we stay pregnant, so I wasn't as concerned about miscarrage.

Ok, my mother was deathly sick with my sister and I, im not in my second trimester with my first child and im very rarely sick at all. It differs per person per pregnancy, you cant compare it to others.

its all unique, my sister has three kids and she was horribly sick with all of them, i had morning sickness only if i tried to eat sausage or something kinda spicy for breakfast, so it all depends on the person
