If no one is coming into the showroom, you need to advertise externally and give them a good reason to come tot he showroom. If people are coming to the showroom and not buying anything you need to work on the point of sale material in the showroom and/or your staff or your own selling technique. It is very hard to say why it isn't working without knowing what you are selling and where.

Is your store in the right place , are there more compititors in that area if yes than you have to work hard to gain de customers confidence.

Make sure you have got all those items that are very much popular among the community , your items are updated, fresh and right price .

Good customer service i.e asking ur customer that how can u help him, help him in delivering goods , give free item if he shops a big bill , so these all small steps can guide towards the success of your business and Good Luck for future

put up some attention getting signage outside of the store.

team up with a local radio station, have them broadcast live from your location.

you could even try having a person in a fun costume wave at cars going by. kids love it and people will notice your store.

once you get people in, make sure you take care of them so they come back!
