Do you feel like you are surrounded by a bunch of Lemmings?

Its bad but sometimes I feel a little below average intelligence and other times I cannot believe how dumb the world is. Maybe its because i surround myself by intelligent people but not sure. Society as a whole is really stupid, isnt it?

I don't know. Maybe you have to define dumb. There are "questions" that appear here that are profane for the sake of profanity, as though someone has just discovered a bunch of dirty words and wants the world to know what he/she has learned. Others that are posed are apparently posted to be funny or clever that refer to farting, puking, and sh!tting, and generate 50 or 60 encouraging responses. I think there pretty immature and dumb. But then, I've known people who are very successful and prominent who give you the impression that they couldn't poor p!ss out of a boot, and appreciate the same kind of humor. Surely somebody can't attain that kind of wealth and status and be dumb. Go figure. I've worked hard for two Masters Degrees, good social skills, the ability to communicate on an educated level, and have trouble finding a job. So who's stupid?

Well, we all have our days. Sometimes (at school) you see people that ooze intelligence even trough their pores and you feel belittled until they ask you a question that totally changes your perception.

depends on how you look at it. For example, you could think a person is so smart because they have great grades, or you could think they're so dumb for having like no common sense. =)
