i have the kind of scroller that is inbetweeen the left and right buttons on the touch pad and yesterday a message came up that said "advanced features of touchpad turned off" and i didnt really think anything of it i thought it would turn back on by itself too but it hasnt and i dont know how to turn it back on so i can scroll with that button...does anyone know how i can turn it back so it works?

Look in the Control Panel for either the MOuse Icon or an Icon for your touch pad.
In this area you can find the settings for your touch pad and reenable the scroller.

go to control panel and click the mouse folder
