This is my first, so I am not sure how everything is suppose to go but I didn't think they were that low until you were about to give birth or the last trimester. I am worried that I may have her early or will she move up or is it normal?

Actually the boy is low girl is high method isn't always true. My first was a girl and she was low, and my second was a boy and he was high. My doc said the low kicking was just due to the uterus not being stretched up very high or the baby was feet down moving the feet.
The dropping low in the last trimester is when the head drops down into the pelvis area in prep for birth

During your pregnancy, your baby will be in various positions. I am an er nurse so although this is not my specialty, I do remember a little about it, and also, I have one of my own. Anyway, expect your baby to be low at this point then as your pregnancy progresses, the baby will get higher and higher in your abdomen. I think somewhere in your 7th to 8th month, the baby will begin to descend in your pelvis as it prepares for birth. Don't be alarmed. Enjoy your pregnancy, and there is a book entitled "What to expect when your expecting." It is great!! It got me through my pregnancy, and I know tonz of ladies that have read it. Smile hun everything is ok, its normal. Usually for most people if you carry low chances are its going to be a boy. Plus you have all that extra weight you are lugging around so it may also be making it feel low.

yes this is normal some carry high some carry low i carried high with both my girls and then carried low with my boy so nothing to worry about i know a great site that will give information you join and they will send you emails everyweek i really enjoyed the site and still do www.babycentre .com good luck and enjoy this preacious moment wont be long before your olding your little one

Yes, it's normal! Is it a boy? Most of the time, boys are carried low. I saw you mentioned "she", do you already know what the sex is? As long as you are going to the doc for your visits, you should be okay. They will let you know if there's a problem.

The baby is in the feet first position they usually don't turn until you get closer to your due date. But the baby could turn at anytime but it sound like your baby hasn't. As long as you are feeling your baby move everything is great...Congrats

are you having a boy? woman who are having a boy usually carry lower. When I was pregnant with my first I was so high it was obnoxious. it was a girl and she would hurt my ribs so bad. then with my second i was low and had a boy. It was uncomfortable but at least my ribs weren't being kicked constantly.
