it is my senior year, and i have been playing field hochey since 5th grade. i have played all three years of highschool field hockey, and always enjoyed the sport. my coach has an attitude and isnt at all approachable. i feel like i cannot approach her or talk to her. my senior year i was the only senior cut. she had told my sister she new i was going to be cut and would not have played me at all on varsity, she told me that we had 3 days of tryouts, but shes didnt even pay attention to me at all, and onkly gave us 2 days. since she already had in her mid i was going to be cut shes didnt care care to pay attention to me or give me a chance. i dont think that its fare at all. she didnt even bring me aside and explain in a professional way why i was cut, shes posted the team before on the wall at the begining of the day. also she said to my sister that if this team was about fun and not winning then "blank" would not get her scholarship. a team isnt abnout one person.

Sounds to me like your coach went the wrong way about making the cut. As someone who coached myself, I did post a roster after tryouts, but made myself available 24 hours later for ANY questions. If your coach cannot answer your questions, sounds like she might need some brushing up. Per watching you during tryouts, that's a tough call. A good player-evaluator doesnt need much time to evaluate someone if they are at either end of the curve. I spent 90% of my time only watching 10% of the bubble people. With enough practice, a coach can tell you very quickly if youre going to make the team.

well ur story there shows the coach not being very good maybe talk to the school itself or find a new sport with a better coach. what the coach should have done would be to talk to you b4 the tryouts and say that you guys have a lot of young talent challenging for spots and if you dont shine in the tryouts you'll b cut

With the grueling experience schedule (what like 10 video games in 11 days?) a deep bench is an absolute could desire to for all the communities. Starters could desire to have their minutes watched so as that they are going to be solid to bypass day after in the present day. Giving a gap to an unproven rookie is amazingly of challenge so the u . s . team develop into going with the in many situations occurring (Miller) against the unknown (Durant).

Stuff a potato in the coach's exhaust pipe and be happy.

Take your complains to the school and take the person that told you everything. If you really want to play then fight for yourself. You have all ready been cut so you have nothing to loose.
