On Outlook Express you go to TOOLS - OPTIONS and then click the signatures tab at the top and do a signature and check the box to enable it.
When you send an email click the INSERT menu and add signature at the end of the email. I'd advise against sending an email to your boss and ending it .... cheers, luv...
