Jr. had everything to do with it. Just like Gordon in Chicago, only because he's Jr. nobody want to say a bad thing about him, Because of his daddy.

well I think it was a racing incident, I don't think it was completely intentional but it appeared as though Jr could have avoided Edwards if he really wanted to but he would have lost track position and possibly lost the shot to win. If the incident had occurred on lap say 20 I think Jr would have slowed as well to avoid hitting Carl. However racing is racing, and when there is only a lap or two to go you can't play nice anymore. Carl acted very unprofessionally just as he did to Tony Stewart a few weeks ago. Everyone gets wrecked sometimes. He needs to quit being a baby and retaliating against people. He completely deserved his punishment

Jr. does what he has to in order to win. Carl wasn't hurt by the incident, just po'ed. It appeared that Edwards got loose, but Jr. may have caused that by taking the wind from his rear by drafting so closely. It's racing. Drivers who can't handle a little disappointment now and then should stay home on race day!!

NASCAR should have penalized him more for the occurrences after the end. Slamming into Jr. after the race was uncalled for. And going into victory lane like he did, that just showed how immature Edwards is.

bump drafting as it is called is completely legal on the straights, which it was. Carl admited that he got a little loose but still blamed jr. for touching him. what else could he do? another car{88} was coming up on the inside of the two,and the wall on the other side. Carl has been resposable more than once this year of wrecking jr. It seems to me that he can dish it out, but he cant take it!! Nascar made the right decision

It wasn't Jr.'s fault. Carl just got loose & Jr. had no where to go. Carl really needs to calm down, he was acting like an idiot after the race was over.

You are correct, Carl got loose and slid up the track. Jr. had a run on him and it didn't help when Carl slowed to regain control. Carl pushed his car to hard, trying to avoid being passed and it bit him in the ***. What happened after the race was completely unacceptable. And nascar's ruling is a disappointment. That was an outright attack and would be viewed as assault had it happened on the road.

Jr didn't do anything wrong. That is just how racing works. I like Carl, but he acted very immature in response to being spun out!
