Join clubs, make friends, do your work and the teachers will not get mad at you. Make it fun with friends and clubs. Don't spend all your time studying. Hope you start to like school a bit better.

What's not to like?
In school:
If you screw up, you don't get fired and have to live on welfare.
If you do well, you get praised and good grades; in work you just don't get yelled at.
You don't have to be number one; in work, there is no second best, only number one gets the promotion or the contract
Hours are short, with plenty of R&R time; in work, you are lucky to put in only 50 hours a week and still not get caught up.
You move around campus, meet friends, and socialize; in work if you socialize, you are yelled at for slacking off.
As one other answerer put it, school should and could be the best time of your life. But you first need to recognize how bad the alternative might be.

change your mentality, I know it sounds like a crock but unfortunetly school will be one of your best memories as the real world is much more strict. learn with a hunger- the smarter you are-the easier things will be
