I suspect that there could be an oil leak in those two cylinders, possibly from a leaking valve-stem oil seal. Another possibility is that the fuel injectors for these two cylinders are feeding more fuel. This could mean bad injectors or a problem with the fuel distribution system. But the first thing I think of is an oil leak. How old and how many miles on the car?

Is it possible that those 2 spark plugs have been on longer than the other 4? Or maybe you need to look into replacing the spark plug wires. If those are in need of replacement then they will cause more carbon buildup and corrosion faster than the others. Whatever you do don't wait to do it. It can start to affect the gas mileage and engine performance.

Those 2 plugs have been misfiring, but if you haven't noticed a skip in your engine then it could be ring/cylinder wear.... If you haven't notice a skip try going up on the heat range one number of those two plugs..try it about a week then recheck the plugs, if there is no improvement you may need to have a compressing check done...
