Of course. The US is the strongest, greatest, most generous country on the planet. I might visit other places, but the US is my home and I love it.
I have to wonder why the people who said "no" don't just leave? I mean, no one is forcing them to stay here, and those of us who love our country certainly don't want them around. Seems like they'd be happier elsewhere-or at least would realize how good they have it here compared to other countries.

If I were not an American I don't think I would still like America due to a character flaw that I process-that would be jealousy.

That's actually a -really- good question. I want to say "Yes! Because I'm just that accepting about other countries flaws." but... that would be a lie. I don't even like the U.S. that much right now but it's home and thus, always in my affections.

America is the school bully of the world - he's big, he's strong, and he ain't too bright - mentally America is a midget that believes its own spin - still, it has lovely countryside.

America isn't perfect, but for our faults we take alot of S***. But given a choice, alot of people worldwide would choose to live here. That's why it's so hard to immigrate here. Unless, of course, you're from mexico, our 51st state.
