the 650r probably has HP comparable to a big harley (probably more), while weighing less than half of it.

Apples and oranges. Sportbike engines are make to rev high and quick. Cruisers generally are made to perform at lower speeds and RPMs.

depends on the cruiser...different cruisers have different power outputs

to generalize it, it should be about the same as an 800cc cruiser, although the cruiser will have more torque
