i think according to history liverpool and manchester united dominate the best team in uk because liverpool won 18 league titles and manchester united won 15 or 16 titles and about fa cups manchester united won the most and also community shield is most won by manchester united and liverpool won the most league cups.But if u ask about now by seeing the squads u can say chelsea is the best because they have lots of money to buy players and have also many football stars in their team.
But i think u can never say this is the best team
u can say these are one of the best teams in uk and they are Liverpool,Arsenal Manchester United and Chelsea

I believe Liverpool have the most successful British team ever as they have won 18 league titles the Champions League 5 times, FA Cup 7 times, Uefa cup twice, Super Cup 3 times, League Cup 7 times.
