There are all kinds of different websites to use. I think I have myspacepimper.com or something like that for my layout and use mynicespace.com and blinkyou.com for the contact table, network thingy, comments, cursor, pointer, etc. Really not difficult to use at all and the websites offer instruction in how to use and where to place the code.
