Very nice, but the Xbox version seems... unfinished. The walk-through tutorials that were so well done last year, are gone. And there's no fantasy draft :(
DBs get beat deep a bit more often, kicking is simplified and the new running game rocks.
Since it's a new year and player moves around the league have occurred, there are no powerhouse teams, every team is rated pretty close to the others. The highest rated overall is 91.
Maybe more effort went into the 360 version, I really wanted to play through the tutorials and have someone explain how the new stuff works as I tried it.
