NCIS is definitely coming back and I can't wait! As I understand it, Gibbs will come out of his self-imposed retirement to help a
member of the team-but I'm not telling who it is!

Yep! Can't wait for it to start. I really hope Gibbs changed his mind about quitting. It's just not going to be the same without him there.
