What do you mean different culture? I am white and married to a black man. It has been fantastic. I have learned more from him in the past three years that we have been together than I have learned in the 25 years from graduating high school. He has taught me that many ways are the same and many are very different in how we raise our children. The biggest was how black people are treated even in today's world. I can't imagine how a person could torture someone because of the color of their skin. Sorry for getting off topic. My husband is the most wonderful, caring man in the world.

Love is always good but my daughter is married to a Mexican man and he is here illegally and they cant get a mortgage so theyre trapped in a small apartment for the last six years. He was forced to sign deportation papers in 99 that he didnt understand before he knew much English. Lawyer hasnt been able to do anything. He hasnt seen his Mom since Oct 99 when he came back here illegally and he cant get a drivers license. She is frustrated with him working nights. Lots of reality to deal with.

I am American and my husband is Palestinian. It's wonderful to learn about his culture as he lives in mine. I haven't been to Palestine, but I'm sure I will have a wonderful time there.

I'm American, my husband is Greek and we had a beautiful Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony. It was everything I hoped for and more. From the beginning, his family welcomed me - and both our families get along wonderfully. I wouldn't change a thing!
