Do you live on a US Air Force base or have access to one? If you do, you could ask if they carry medication for bacterial vaginosis and if not how you can get a hold of some. Good luck!

You can't get rid of it without medication, and the longer you wait the worse the infection will get. Perhaps you could go back to the pharmacy and see if they can special order the gel for you - or call your Dr. and tell him the situation and maybe he could have some samples shipped overnight to you.

If you can............, call your doctor and see if he can prescribe a generic form of the medication... perhaps the pharmacy in the Philippines will carry it !!! If not you might have to go back home sooner than planned... the infection can get worse and work it's way up to the uterus....

Try and find a doctor or pharmacy that will fedex the medication to you. Being pregnant you have very few options.

eat lots of yougurt! Buy lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and either take them by mouth or vaginally. It might help restore your vag. flora.
I am not sure if it is going to solve the problem without a-biotics.

Get the first plane out and get back here to the U.S. and talk to your doctor. Don't stay there any longer.
