It is not a he it is an all girl Asian band. They were actually the group on stage in the Kill Bill movie when The Bride goes berzerk and kills everyone in that nightclub.

The worst thing you could do is kill him/her. Think about it, nothing is worse than being murdered; at least to some people.
But if you don't want to take it that far, you can do the Chinese torcher trick on the person. I saw it on Mythbusters, and it really works.
