Hi, I'm an italian boy, in a few of week I will arrive at the airport of San Francisco and I ask to you: what is the best way for St. Helena in Napa valley to San Francisco? Taxi? car? bus? please help me....

Buon giorno! I would rent a car. San Francisco is about 40 Minutes away from St. Helena. Just be aware that parking in most parts of San Francisco is expensive, but you can find plenty of parking by Fisherman's Wharf area. Enjoy your stay! Ciao!
