I wear contacts daily and its a case of of getting used to them. If you have problems taking them out then just stop and chill out! Trying to take out lenses from a watery eye is a no-go!

I wear contacts daily and it could just be beacuse they're new and your eyes are slightly too dry. You can buy special contact lense eye drops to rehydrate your eyes. You may be leaving them in for too long, for mine 12 hours is the max but you should read the specifications of yours. However i found this about the vision:

use plenty of saline solusion you do not want them to dry out on your eye! My brother's friend pulled his contacts out and blinded himdelf for life. and do not go near gas welder when wearing contacts wear glasses if you have to gas weld or go near.
and yes it might hinder you vision a little but it could be ok to the contacts are ment to sharpen just stop to judge things and watch out you do not stumble getting to know how things look with them in

colored contact are gross.... you might want to get clear ones... cause you know what? everyone knows they are fake
