Fold in reverse order. i.e. Fold against the original fold. In the creases run a glue stick over the top. Re-fold. Repeat process if they do not disappear. Depending on the material, place a warm iron over the creases. Try a small area first. I have used this on very old (50 years) sepia photographs. It does work. I wish you ood luck.

Have you tried ironing it? make sure you put a tea towel over it before you place the iron down. You will sadly never get the whole fold crease out, but you can minimise it. also make sure it is tight under the glass and that it is pressing up against the glass when you frame it. Sorry, other than that you will have to get the poster again

Lay poster flat out over two or three cotton sheets spread on floor or table. Place flat sheet of thick brown parcel paper over the poster and iron flat with a warm iron. Do not use a hot iron, set the temperature to nylon or lower. Gently continue ironing over the brown paper. lift to check how the poster is. If not looking good try puting a damp cloth over the poster instead then iron again. If looking good that's all you need to do. If looking bad perhaps a new poster is required.

There may still be marks however you flatten it as the creases damage the surface of the paper.
You could iron it under a tea-towel (no steam), or if you have a divan-type bed, put it under the mattress for a couple days.

Put the poster under the mattress and sleep on it. The next day it will be without creases.

What I normal do is have like the edge of a table and run it over that, like moving back and forth over the edge... As you can see I'm not the best at explaining.
