Can any body tell me whome to contact for Horoscope and prediction, can one believe on?

If you have to rely on and believe in horoscopes for answers, then that's not the answer. Rely on your own intuition only and make action on your own future.
As part of the "Forer's Effect", you can take statements that apply to you and your situation/future from each and every astrological sign. As an experiment, one time I took every horoscope from one particular newspaper, once per day, for six months. Eventually, I found an element of "sameness" in each one. All statements were relevant to my situation at the time, but only because I applied them to my situation. They could have applied to anyone.
Your best bet, if you must use horoscopes, is to study Astrology and Horoscopy, both of which are divination methods. Yahoo! usually has horoscopes that you can add to your "My Yahoo!" page too.

No one can predict any one's future. It is all in the hands of the Almighty who created us and providing sustenance. If any one can predict our future, that means we can claim victory over fate. What is fate? Fate is nothing but God's will. Are you trying to win over God. Never. For the sake of augument, let us assume that the Horoscope Reader can predict one's future, why could not they tell when the great leaders of many nations met with accident or got assasinated. Believing in Horoscope is a superstitious belief, nothing more than that.

What they are offering is not real, and you will never find the truth reading your horoscope. Also the chances of it being related just for you is no where near the truth. So do yourself a favor and free your mind of that bull crap and the rest of you will follow. All of this bull is just another line of crap to keep you spending your money. And some of them get very rich by telling you lies....................
