Has anyone who submitted a claim (about a year ago) received a payment yet ? Last time I looked there was nothing new about it on their website.

You can call the toll-free number listed on the form they sent (maybe it's also listed on the website - I didn't check) and get a status. Be prepared to be on hold for a while.

I've filed a few of these claims, although not the Cable & Wireless one, and found that they can take a long time. Lawyers love to tie these cases up in the courts - it increases their fees! A year is quite a bit of time, though, and you would certainly be justified in calling them.
