I have to have rubber boots for my farm lab at the college i go to...what would be the best place to find a cheap pair?

The best place to go would be the thriftstore. Just make sure you clean it out real good and spray with disinfectant. If you're not into used stuff then try the dollar store, KMart, Walmart, or any discounted stores around.
