I have been married 15 years and every year I tell my husband I would like to return to the hotel we stayed in on our wedding night but it seems like something always comes up ( another wedding to attend, or some party, family vacation etc ) but I do appreciate the alone time in the evening...... a bottle of wine, one red rose is enough.... and the picture idea is very nice.... does not have to be a wedding photo, you can book a new session ( casual rather than formal) she would love that!

go out to eat at nice restraunt make shure befor you get home you already have lights off and candles lit and roses on the floor as you go to the room theres less light and in the room theres little light with candles and roses on the bed with a gift on the bed for her. the gift.... a sexy nighty or a real silver necklas that shines with a hidden message or something. or a gift with play stuff in it and spice up your sex life try something new. make shure you flirt through out that day... flirting makes the relashionship last longer...

Buy a small tree(sapling) and plant it in your yard or your favourite park, dedicate the tree to her and watch it grow into a big strong tree as the years go by. Tell her that's how your love will be for her as long as all the right ingredients are in the relatonship - nuture, care, attention, patience, etc.

It depends what year it is. They usually have suggestions for the different years. I would say an anniversary ring or a really nice necklace.

Find a photo of the two of you and have it edited at walmart into black n white, and then find a really nice frame for it. Wrap it up and give it to her while at dinner at some nice restaurant. Good luck
