Lawyers bashing the Sims 2?

There was a lawyer in California who strongly opposed the Hot Coffee Mod on GTA San Andreas and bashed it. He Bashed it good. Now he launching a crucadeagainst the precious Sims 2 after beating GTA senselessly and leaving it for dead. There is a cheat to disable the blur when the sims are naked. The jerk-off lawyer actually said that it was a pedophile's heaven! I tried the cheat just for the fun of it. How can it be a heaven for pervs, if there's no vulva or genitalia?! WTF is up with this guy? He's bored after attacking GTA now he's attacking the Sims? Fof god sakes,when I did the cheat, the sims looked like Barbie and Ken,ball-less. I'm sure pervs would love to get horney over Ken and Barbie dolls. What's retarded is that the lawyer's so called crucade to rid the sims of polygional nudity only lasted a few days after realizing that he was fighting a fruitless battle against EA

I thought it was pretty stupid too. But the man obviously has 'issues' and has turned his lack of tolerance into an agenda. Making "noise" is how some people draw attention to themselves, sometimes to furthur their goals in other pursuits. (part of an 'activist' resume)

But EA did change the code by the time of the NL expansion because of this (and some BBS issues as well). It isn't built-in to the game any more (with ctrl-shift-c ) to remove the blur. Mods can do it but EA no longer has a hand in it. Of course the initial change did cause user confusion. :)

People that do movies and stories would have lower quality results because at some camera angles, the blur fuzzed out the youngsters being potty trained (one example). To some people the blur is just plain annoying since a lot of the artsiness of sims is their beautiful 3D rendering. And of course, just about anyone with a brain wonders what the big deal is and takes a peek eventually.

Personally I find it silly watching sims sit on the toilet with their clothes on to pee. Give me the blur for that please. :)
