Your baby is implanting in your uterus and your uterus is a muscle. The cramps, although they feel like period cramps, is just the changes in your uterus. Just like any muscle cramps up when it is used, and it is new changes to this part of your body. The cramps will go away over time, but if they get strong, or severe, go see your health care professional. I also had some pain in my tail bone and bum around 4-6 weeks, but when the HCG(pregancy hormone) starts being released in your body, it causes the ligaments in your hips and pelvis to start changing to accomidate baby. Yes, even in the early stages. Good luck.

Your body is fighting off your period, but you will still notice cramping until about your third month when you would usually get your period. Your body does know what it is diong, so don't worry, its normal. Reread your question before you post it though, because it is hard to understand.
